Our primary objective is to expedite the delivery of your package.

Expedited Shipping Option: Should you require expedited delivery of your item, we offer rush shipping as an available option during checkout.

International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any taxes and duties applicable to their order. We cannot be held liable for such charges, nor for any delays resulting from customs procedures.

Shipping Insurance Coverage:

For customers who opted for Navidium Shipping insurance at checkout: If your package has been in transit with USPS/Postal Carrier for more than 5 days, kindly inform us so we can assist you with initiating a claim. Remember to select Navidium insurance at checkout to safeguard your package against loss, damage, or theft. This provides the most efficient avenue for us to facilitate replacements in the event of shipping issues.
For customers who did not select Navidium shipping protection during checkout: Once your item is dispatched, it is under the purview of USPS/Postal carrier. We have access only to the tracking information provided by USPS/Postal carrier. Please direct any queries regarding delays or undelivered shipments to USPS/Postal carrier. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by USPS/Postal carrier. We advise monitoring your package via tracking information provided. Regrettably, we do not offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by USPS/Postal carrier, but not received.
