Returns and refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the store credit amount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@glimmersclothing.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We cannot guarantee an item will be available if it is sold out.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any items sold at a sale of 25% off or greater is final sale.
All swimwear and underwear items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
All reseller bundles and 1 time offer bundles are nonrefundable or exchangeable. They are final sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Shipping Protection
Our orders have the option to include Navidium shipping insurance, which is designed to safeguard your shipments. In the event that your order is labeled as "undeliverable" or reported as "lost" during transit, we are committed to providing a solution by arranging for a replacement package.
Please be informed that refunds will only be processed if replacement items are unavailable in our inventory. It is important to note that once packages are marked as "delivered," the insurance coverage will cease to apply. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we strive to ensure the utmost protection for your shipments.
If you opt out of Navidium shipping protection, you absolve Glimmers of responsibility for providing replacement or refund in the event of package damage or loss.
