Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins October 21, 2026, at the actual time the promotion is publicly launched and ends Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period.

One potential winner will be randomly selected on Monday, October 26, 2026.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, including Quebec, who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

Canadian eligibility is subject to confirmation of applicable federal and provincial requirements before launch.

Owners, employees, and immediate family or household members of Glimmers Clothing LLC are ineligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Giveaway Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One Glimmers 12 Nights of Christmas Mystery Box

Approximate Retail Value: $400+ USD

The box contains a hand-curated assortment of children's pajamas, books, holiday activities, and Christmas surprises designed to create 12 nights of family memories.

Contents may vary depending on inventory, sizes, and availability.

The prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Sponsor will cover standard shipping and applicable delivery charges to the eligible winner's address in the United States or Canada.

5. Free Entry — No Purchase Necessary

Anyone meeting the eligibility requirements may enter the Giveaway without making a purchase.

To enter:

1. Visit the official Glimmers Christmas Giveaway entry form linked on glimmersclothing.com.

2. Select "Free Entry — No Purchase Necessary."

3. Complete all required information.

4. Submit the form during the Giveaway Period.

Each eligible participant who submits a valid free entry will receive 20 entries into the random drawing.

No purchase, payment, Facebook group membership, social-media interaction, or marketing subscription is required.

6. Optional Purchase-Based Bonus Entries

Participants may earn additional entries through qualifying merchandise purchases made directly on glimmersclothing.com during the Giveaway Period.

Maximum: 40 total entries per eligible participant.

Qualifying purchase totals are calculated in USD after discounts and before taxes and shipping.

Multiple qualifying website purchases may be combined during the Giveaway Period.

Gift card purchases, canceled orders, refunded merchandise, shipping charges, and taxes are excluded.

Whatnot purchases are excluded unless specifically authorized by Whatnot and confirmed compliant with applicable rules.

To receive purchase-based bonus entries, participants must report qualifying order numbers and purchase amounts through the official entry form before the Giveaway closes.

Sponsor will verify qualifying purchases before awarding bonus entries.

Participants may not receive more than 20 purchase-based bonus entries, regardless of their total spending.

7. Entry Limits and Verification

Each eligible participant may receive up to 20 initial free entries and up to 20 additional purchase-based bonus entries.

The maximum is 40 entries per person.

Submitting multiple forms, using multiple email addresses, or making additional purchases beyond the maximum bonus tier will not increase the entry limit.

All valid entries carry equal weight in the drawing.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries, eligibility, and qualifying purchases and to disqualify fraudulent or duplicate submissions.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

One potential winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries on October 26, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided during entry.

The winner does not need to be present for the drawing.

The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification and satisfy applicable eligibility requirements.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to satisfy the requirements, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner.

For Canadian residents, the potential winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance before being declared the winner, where required by applicable law.

9. Shipping and Taxes

Sponsor will cover standard shipping and applicable delivery or import charges associated with the prize.

The winner will not be required to pay a fee to receive the prize.

Any legally applicable income or prize taxes are the winner's responsibility, payable directly to the appropriate government authority.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact the winner, and deliver the prize.

Entering the Giveaway does not require subscribing to marketing emails.

Marketing communications will only be sent in accordance with applicable law and the participant's consent preferences.

Personal information will be handled according to the Glimmers Clothing Privacy Policy available on glimmersclothing.com.

11. Winner Announcement

Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and last initial, subject to applicable privacy laws.

Additional use of the winner's photograph, likeness, or personal information will require consent where legally required.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries, investigate suspected fraud, and disqualify participants who violate these Official Rules.

If technical failures, fraud, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel it, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor will not arbitrarily alter the prize, entry conditions, or winner-selection process after the Giveaway begins.

All applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws apply.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is independently sponsored and administered by Glimmers Clothing LLC.

It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Shopify, or Whatnot.

No Facebook group membership, tagging, sharing, or social-media interaction is required to enter.

14. Agreement to Official Rules

By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules.
